The Druids of Stonehedge- Fireprayer

Just look around the fire,
we feel the Spirits near.
We know their Loving Presence
as we offer in our prayers.
See the gentle smoke arising
from the Earth to the Sky.
Sharing each prayer we offer,
with the Ancient Ones we hide
Every thought, every hope,
every joy, every tear,
sit upon the Sacred Smoke
To the Ancient Ones we swear.
Hear the Voice calling you,
in your heart you know it's true.
Feel the Love around,
with the Ancient Ones around you.
Yes, the Ancient Ones all around you.
With love....

The In-Between (A Celtic Legend)

There is a place between the waking world and the dream world, which has no documented name. When a sleeping person arrives in this odd place they feel as if they are floating through an ocean of stars, even though they haven't a body to see or touch.

Every star symbolizes the dream(s) of people in the world as they sleep. Here, a dreamwalker can search out the dreams of others and observe, though it is considered very bad manners. A dreamwalker can also communicate with others in their dreams, or directly enter that person's dreams at will. However, invading the dreams of another is considered extremely dangerous, as the dreamwalker then becomes part of the sleeping person's dream, thereby, controlled by the dreamer.
It is also quite possible for a dreamwalker to get pulled into someone's dream against their will; especially if the the dreamer has overly passionate emotions of love or hate towards an individual. A dreamer who voluntarily participates, or is forced into another individual's dreams is no longer susceptible by the corporeal threats of the Dream World also known as, Tel'aran'rhiod, and they eventually fall back into harmless sleep.

So, beware the In-Between Place, lest you meet a dreamwalker who means you harm.

Madness, thundering in my head like the storm of darkness growing in my thoughts, it is time again. It rages to break free this beast I contain, hungering, the lust of night stokes my need, it is time again. Hearts pounding, not mine the prey, I can hear it and smell the sweet life that surges in flesh, warm to my touch yet I am cold unending in my pursuit, it is time again. The air is thick, filling my senses as I track the one I have chosen, innocent, pity though not for long as I shall have her, it is time again. Pleasure at last, I have it, flowing freely, crimson the color of roses soft and fresh cut, sharp as thorns my bite as I feed, she releases her passion to mine, it is time again. Day break, safety in darkness, I wait, the madness takes me, it is time again.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries had its humble beginnings as an idea of a few artisans and craftsmen who enjoy performing with live steel fighting. As well as a patchwork quilt tent canvas. Most had prior military experience hence the name.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries.

Vendertainers that brought many things to a show and are know for helping out where ever they can.

As well as being a place where the older hand made items could be found made by them and enjoyed by all.

We expanded over the years to become well known at what we do. Now we represent over 100 artisans and craftsman that are well known in their venues and some just starting out. Some of their works have been premiered in TV, stage and movies on a regular basis.

Specializing in Medieval, Goth , Stage Film, BDFSM and Practitioner.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries a Dept of, Ask For IT was started by artists and former military veterans, and sword fighters, representing over 100 artisans, one who made his living traveling from fair to festival vending medieval wares. The majority of his customers are re-enactors, SCAdians and the like, looking to build their kit with period clothing, feast gear, adornments, etc.

Likewise, it is typical for these history-lovers to peruse the tent (aka mobile store front) and, upon finding something that pleases the eye, ask "Is this period?"

A deceitful query!! This is not a yes or no question. One must have a damn good understanding of European history (at least) from the fall of Rome to the mid-1600's to properly answer. Taking into account, also, the culture in which the querent is dressed is vitally important. You see, though it may be well within medieval period, it would be strange to see a Viking wearing a Caftan...or is it?

After a festival's time of answering weighty questions such as these, I'd sleep like a log! Only a mad man could possibly remember the place and time for each piece of kitchen ware, weaponry, cloth, and chain within a span of 1,000 years!! Surely there must be an easier way, a place where he could post all this knowledge...

Traveling Within The World is meant to be such a place. A place for all of these artists to keep in touch and directly interact with their fellow geeks and re-enactment hobbyists, their clientele.
