For those who want to spoil their partners:

 

10ml diluted bergamot oil

 4 drops pure palmarosa essential oil

 4 drops pure ylang ylang essential oil

 2 drops pure frankincense essential oil

20ml grapeseed or sweet almond carrier oil

 

Add the essential oils to the carrier oil and blend

or shake well before use.

This will boost your confidence and increase

your sexuality with this blend for a full body

massage. (avoid delicate areas.)

 

Making your own soap.

 

250 g unperfumed vegetable oil soap

25 g medium ground oatmeal

 3 tsp liquid coconut oil

 1 drop pure lemongrass essential oil

 2 drops pure bergamot essential oil

 3 drops pure lemon essential oil

 

a. Grate the soap into a heat resistant mixing

   bowl and stir in a little water ( in the ratio

   of one part water to two parts soap) Put

   over a gentle heat in a double saucepan,

  stirring all the time, until the mixture becomes

  thick paste.

b. Remove the bowl from the heat

   and add the oatmeal and coconut oil,

  mixing thoroughly. Allow the mixture

  to cool slightly before adding the essential

  oils.

c. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions

   and roll each into a neat ball. Leave the

   balls to harden overnight on a wire rack.

  Wrap in tissue paper or store in a screw-

  top jar in a cool place.

Bergamot and healing:

 

Skin antiseptic

 

30g unperfumed hypo allergenic silica gel

20 drops pure bergamot essential oil

 4 drops pure german camomile essential oil

 3 drops pure lavender essential oil.

 

Mix together and apply to affected areas as

required.

 

Uplifting bath:

 

3 drops pure jasmine essential oil

2 drops pure rose otto essential oil

10 drops pure bergamot essential oil

 2 ml jojoba oil

 

Blend the essential oils with the

jojoba oil and mix well. Put 3 drops

in a bathful of water. While relaxing massage

the floating drops on the surface into your

skin.

 

Sleep easy blend:

 

5 ml diluted bergamot oil

7 drops pure clary sage essential oil

3 drops pure lavender essential oil

3 drops pure petitgrain essential oil

 

Blend the essential oils and put 5

drops in the bath or on a tissue

and place under your pillow.

Alternatively mix with 20 ml grapeseed

or sweet almond oil for a massage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Itch relieving bath

 

Bergamot is used to treat vaginal and urinary

infections and genital itching.

 

5 drops pure bergamot essential oil

1g salt

Warm mineral water

 

Drop the bergamot oil onto the salt and

add to the warm water in a bowl. Use to

bathe the genital area either by sitting

in the bowl or with a disposable wash

cloth.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries had its humble beginnings as an idea of a few artisans and craftsmen who enjoy performing with live steel fighting. As well as a patchwork quilt tent canvas. Most had prior military experience hence the name.

Vendertainers that brought many things to a show and are know for helping out where ever they can.

As well as being a place where the older hand made items could be found made by them and enjoyed by all.

We expanded over the years to become well known at what we do. Now we represent over 100 artisans and craftsman that are well known in their venues and some just starting out. Some of their works have been premiered in TV, stage and movies on a regular basis.

Specializing in Medieval, Goth , Stage Film, BDFSM and Practitioner.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries a Dept of, Ask For IT was started by artists and former military veterans, and sword fighters, representing over 100 artisans, one who made his living traveling from fair to festival vending medieval wares. The majority of his customers are re-enactors, SCAdians and the like, looking to build their kit with period clothing, feast gear, adornments, etc.

Likewise, it is typical for these history-lovers to peruse the tent (aka mobile store front) and, upon finding something that pleases the eye, ask "Is this period?"

A deceitful query!! This is not a yes or no question. One must have a damn good understanding of European history (at least) from the fall of Rome to the mid-1600's to properly answer. Taking into account, also, the culture in which the querent is dressed is vitally important. You see, though it may be well within medieval period, it would be strange to see a Viking wearing a Caftan...or is it?

After a festival's time of answering weighty questions such as these, I'd sleep like a log! Only a mad man could possibly remember the place and time for each piece of kitchen ware, weaponry, cloth, and chain within a span of 1,000 years!! Surely there must be an easier way, a place where he could post all this knowledge...

Traveling Within The World is meant to be such a place. A place for all of these artists to keep in touch and directly interact with their fellow geeks and re-enactment hobbyists, their clientele.
