Okay, we are all grown-ups here, of legal age, so let’s share. There are a few recipes for adult drinks that I really love. I used to go to bars on a regular basis and we were usually adventurous about trying new drinks. And some of them were really good. I have to laugh at some of the drinking antics we got into, let alone some of the names of drinks. I was almost embarrassed to order them.  So, I am going to share some of my recipes for my favorite drinks and I would  love to hear from you about your favorite drinks and maybe some recipes as well.

Screaming Orgasm

1 oz vodka

1 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream

1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

Pour first vodka, then Bailey's, then Kahlua into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Stir.

Caution: use only high quality vodka. Cheap vodka can cause the Bailey's to curdle. Test your brand of vodka by mixing 1 Tsp each of vodka and Bailey's first

Long Island Ice Tea

1 part vodka

1 part tequila

1 part rum

1 part gin

1 part triple sec

1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix

1 splash Coca-Cola®

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Blow Job Shooter

Ingredients:

1/4 oz Bailey's Irish cream liqueur

    1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur

    whipped cream

Preparation:

Pour the liqueurs into a shot glass.

    Top with whipped cream.

Forget the name, this shooter is absolutely delicious and very popular. I see rounds of Blow Jobs being made at the bar more often than any other shooter. The customary way to shoot a Blow Job is to place your hands behind your back, pick the glass up with your mouth, tilt your head back and drink. It doesn't look pretty but it is fun, although I haven't resorted to that method for some time.

Sex On The Beach

1 1/2 oz vodka

1/2 oz peach schnapps

2 oz cranberry juice

2 oz orange juice

Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir.

Okay, so those are some of my favorites that I use to drink. What about you guys? What you drinking?

Fuck Me Blue

1 shot Amaretto

1 Shot Blue Curacao

3/4 shot sweet and sour mix

1 shot Vodka

Add all to shaker full of ice. Skae well, strain into glass and serve

Now the next one has some strong flavors combined, so it has a bit. It will also come up and bit you in the butt quickly, so I add a word of caution.

Liquid Cocaine

1/3 shot Jagermeister

1/3 shot Goldenschlager

1/3 shot Rumple Minze Liqueur

This can be served two different ways. You can layer it in a shot glass, Or added to shaker of ice, shaken well and strained.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries had its humble beginnings as an idea of a few artisans and craftsmen who enjoy performing with live steel fighting. As well as a patchwork quilt tent canvas. Most had prior military experience hence the name.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries.

Vendertainers that brought many things to a show and are know for helping out where ever they can.

As well as being a place where the older hand made items could be found made by them and enjoyed by all.

We expanded over the years to become well known at what we do. Now we represent over 100 artisans and craftsman that are well known in their venues and some just starting out. Some of their works have been premiered in TV, stage and movies on a regular basis.

Specializing in Medieval, Goth , Stage Film, BDFSM and Practitioner.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries a Dept of, Ask For IT was started by artists and former military veterans, and sword fighters, representing over 100 artisans, one who made his living traveling from fair to festival vending medieval wares. The majority of his customers are re-enactors, SCAdians and the like, looking to build their kit with period clothing, feast gear, adornments, etc.

Likewise, it is typical for these history-lovers to peruse the tent (aka mobile store front) and, upon finding something that pleases the eye, ask "Is this period?"

A deceitful query!! This is not a yes or no question. One must have a damn good understanding of European history (at least) from the fall of Rome to the mid-1600's to properly answer. Taking into account, also, the culture in which the querent is dressed is vitally important. You see, though it may be well within medieval period, it would be strange to see a Viking wearing a Caftan...or is it?

After a festival's time of answering weighty questions such as these, I'd sleep like a log! Only a mad man could possibly remember the place and time for each piece of kitchen ware, weaponry, cloth, and chain within a span of 1,000 years!! Surely there must be an easier way, a place where he could post all this knowledge...

Traveling Within The World is meant to be such a place. A place for all of these artists to keep in touch and directly interact with their fellow geeks and re-enactment hobbyists, their clientele.
