A Simple Slave Contract by ServantM

Sir has allowed that I may write up a slave contract for his review, so that's what I've done! This is the first time I've ever drawn up such a document and although I've taken ample help from sample contracts, I would love the critique of the community so that I can present my Sir with a contract worth reading and, perhaps, even potentially signing.

Please note that we do not feel the need for a detailed contract with a list of comprehensive rules as we have a separate, more easily updated document for that. I'm looking to draw up something that can function as a permanent contract between us.

So, without further ado, here's the first draft:

Slave Contract

This contract is to declare the consensual ownership of one person by another as of January 11th, 2011. The participants herein agree that a) the signing slave is both owned and collared by the signing Master; b) each is a legal adult in their place of residence; and c) both are sufficiently competent to enter into a contract.

1. Specifications of Contract

This contract is active from its inception on January 22nd, 2011 and refers to the period of time on and since January 11th, 2011 until such time as the signing Master dissolves this contract with the termination of either the relationship or the Master/slave dynamic within said relationship.

2. Obligations of the Master

I, ____________, hereafter referred to by the title “Sir,” agree that I own as property slave #278-737-254, ____________. At all times, I will endeavor to maintain the physical, psychological, emotional, and legal integrity of my property, which includes ensuring that I make no orders and issue no punishments which could potentially cause the physical, psychological, emotional, or legal detriment of either my property or another person. I also agree to make all orders and issue all punishments with sober mind and sound judgment.

I furthermore willingly vow to train, discipline, punish, and reward my property as I see fit, knowing the responsibility inherent in these actions. I agree that her body, mind, and worldly possessions are mine to do with as I please: I may establish or withdraw any form of rule I desire, provided that I care for my property’s well-being by setting limits which may or may not change in the future depending on the nature of their severity and her growing skill-set. I agree that I am her Sir alone for the duration of the relationship.

3. Obligations of the Slave

I, slave #278-737-254, ____________, hereafter referred to by the title “servant,” agree that I am the property of Sir. At all times, I will endeavor to show deference to him and submit to his will. I trust that Sir will not ask of me anything which would result in my physical, psychological, emotional, or legal detriment, or the physical, psychological, emotional, or legal detriment of another person. I also trust that all orders and punishments will be responsibly administered by Sir of sober mind and sound judgment.

I furthermore willingly vow to exist solely for the pleasure and convenience of Sir: I agree that my body, mind, and worldly possessions are his to do with as he pleases: He may establish or withdraw any form of rule he desires and where there is none, I agree to use my sound judgment in pursuit of what will best serve his will. I agree that I will undergo any amount of training, now and in the future, to better myself as his servant, and that I have no rights or limits except for those which he allows as my master. I agree that I am his property alone.

Sir and I are due to be married (quite soon, actually, on February 11th!) and we've been together for four years; all rules, financial expectations, future arrangements, etc.--at least those relevant to our foreseeable future--have already been taken care of and agreed upon. Also, I have a separate set of rules that are far more detailed and kept in a different document, one of which is that we must always engage in open communication of all things, so I go to him with my concerns as a matter of principle.

I thought about being able to terminate the relationship myself while drawing up the contract, but I'm making a lifetime commitment and trust him absolutely and, as you say, the contract isn't legally binding so I can walk away at any time regardless of what I've signed.

Ultimately, we're treating our slave contract in much the same way as our marriage certificate--not necessary, but nice to hang on the wall--so I'm trying to write something in the spirit of a Master/slave relationship: As property, I really (in theory, anyhow) have no say in when I am released, if ever, and I wanted the document to reflect that.
