Different Energies Throughout the Day
Different times of the day have different energies. Consider the inherent energy that surrounds you at these different times. Your magic is most effective if you perform your spell work at the tie of day that is most conducive to the energies you are using.
Sunrise Sunrise is a good time to start things. You are fresher in the morning, and so is your magic. Channel your extra energy into your magic and start something new with the new day.
Sunrise is a good time to rid yourself or your home of any negativity that may be lingering. This can be due to a spat with someone you love, bills, taxes, issues with friends or problems at work. Use your morning hours to rid yourself of negative energies and feelings, and you'll begin the day with a clean slate.
Mid-Day The middle of the day is a fine time to call on the strength of the Sun. Use this time to work on overcoming weakness you perceive in yourself. This is also a good time to seek forgiveness or inspiration.
Take a break at mid-day and use the time to reset yourself. Have a healthy lunch, and perform a little magic to help see you and what ever you are working on through the end of the day. Perform a simple spell for the success of a project or ask for a sign that you are on the right track.
Evening When you first come home in the evening, take a hot shower to rinse away the negative energies of the day. And then take some time to yourself to perform a little ritual or some spell work to attract calmness and serenity, or to rid yourself of cravings and bad habits.
A simple personal cleansing, perhaps a piece of fruit to take the edge off your hunger, and some time spent in ritual or performing magic is a great way to lift your tired spirits and give yourself a bit of time to relax and think of your blessings.
Nighttime Once the Sun has set, you are better able to feel the energy of the Moon and the Goddess. Use this time for divination and for working with psychic energies. Spells for love, lust and beauty are best worked in the night. This is also a good time to reflect on what has occurred during the day.
Performing night magic will help you to remember that things are not always as they appear. Gaining clarity of the events of the day can help you to banish any negativity around you. This will allow you to begin your day again tomorrow with renewed energy and a fresh outlook. )0( From: GrannyMoon’s Morning Feast Archives

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries had its humble beginnings as an idea of a few artisans and craftsmen who enjoy performing with live steel fighting. As well as a patchwork quilt tent canvas. Most had prior military experience hence the name.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries.

Vendertainers that brought many things to a show and are know for helping out where ever they can.

As well as being a place where the older hand made items could be found made by them and enjoyed by all.

We expanded over the years to become well known at what we do. Now we represent over 100 artisans and craftsman that are well known in their venues and some just starting out. Some of their works have been premiered in TV, stage and movies on a regular basis.

Specializing in Medieval, Goth , Stage Film, BDFSM and Practitioner.

Patchwork Merchant Mercenaries a Dept of, Ask For IT was started by artists and former military veterans, and sword fighters, representing over 100 artisans, one who made his living traveling from fair to festival vending medieval wares. The majority of his customers are re-enactors, SCAdians and the like, looking to build their kit with period clothing, feast gear, adornments, etc.

Likewise, it is typical for these history-lovers to peruse the tent (aka mobile store front) and, upon finding something that pleases the eye, ask "Is this period?"

A deceitful query!! This is not a yes or no question. One must have a damn good understanding of European history (at least) from the fall of Rome to the mid-1600's to properly answer. Taking into account, also, the culture in which the querent is dressed is vitally important. You see, though it may be well within medieval period, it would be strange to see a Viking wearing a Caftan...or is it?

After a festival's time of answering weighty questions such as these, I'd sleep like a log! Only a mad man could possibly remember the place and time for each piece of kitchen ware, weaponry, cloth, and chain within a span of 1,000 years!! Surely there must be an easier way, a place where he could post all this knowledge...

Traveling Within The World is meant to be such a place. A place for all of these artists to keep in touch and directly interact with their fellow geeks and re-enactment hobbyists, their clientele.
