With in the days of old this same happened time and time again. And it apparently still goes on today within a group which denounces the actions of the past. Actions of falsely judged, Actions of not allowing one to defend themselves. Useing a minority vote instead of a true majority. Or using proxies votes. And now an action of one has been turned into a mockery of truth and over dealt with as things are done so over and over again. Below is stated the older way to deal with such and action.

Who stands forth to accuse this one of wrong doing which has not already been taken care of.

Who announces injustice of an action done to them.

Who puts forth the charge written by their hand to the person accused and given to all the Elders of Serpentstone.

Whom of the Elders can set a date for tribunal.

Whom of the Elders can call the Elders to one place at one time to deal with this matter.

A person charged with an offense was given a tribunal of their peers. Both the accuser and accused were allowed to speak on their behalf without having a vote or say in the final decision of the matter. It is my understanding the Serpentstone Community honors the older codes, yet, of late this is not the case.

a. Robert has been accused, tried, sentenced, and punished prior to notification (written) of the accusations and accusers against him.

b. Robert was not allowed a tribunal of his peers.

c. Robert was not allowed to present his side of the case brought against him. Nor call upon anyone in his defence nor to tell their perspective of the events that occurred.

And now the older way; within such a larger group of so many Elders this is set in three. Three panels of seven to start with. Each separate and yet each the same. Twenty-one total to be called to convene as three sets of seven Of each seven three are chosen to bring that panels decision and thought/notes into a Council of Nine. To be randomly set from the true total of Elders. From a full call to all to participate goes forth.

Each panel is picket by colored stone {usually populous stones are red, one panels seven is black, one panels seven is grey, one panels seven is white. At the same time three of the panels colored stones would have been marked in silver to show who were the three with in the panel to make the council of nine.}drawn forth from a container. Usually a commonly known item.

The nine convenes and once more hears out what is to be said. The design is then decided upon and sentence is declared. And after nothing else is said upon the subject.

Each panel meets upon a phase of the moon. Usually black is upon the new moon. Grey is upon the half. And white is upon the full. Then the next full moon is when the Council of nine is convened giving them enough time to compare and discuss what the panels have to say. During this time period no one is allowed to discuss this matter with any one else the accused and accuser are asked not to speak with each other and avoid public arenas where they would be approached by others that ask questions. The subject is kept controlled and afterwards the notes from the panels and Council with the decision is published for all to see and know. For the written word takes more to turn then the spoken.

I request all Elders have the chance read this and to please sign the attached sheet stating they have read this letter. It doesn’t state that they are in agreement with my words only that my request that all Elders read my words has been allowed. I request the attached sheet be returned to _________ by ____ this should ensure a long enough period of time for all Elders to be able to read this.
