Re the celtic-knot deer, the one on the bottom is the one that Chris used for my logo. So it would probably be the best one to use for here - that way I don't have too many different images attached to my business. Can you make it be silver? I have a photoshop-type program I can use, I'm just not very good with most of the functions.

Do I need to resize images before I upload them? The camera I'm using produces images in the 3-4 mb range and some sites don't like 'em that big.
